What exterior detailing is, and what it is not.
Exterior detailing goes past a wash. After a foam pre-soak and two-bucket contact wash, we chemically dissolve iron fallout and tar, clay the paint smooth, then seal paint, glass and wheels.
It suits cars that get regular washes but feel rough to the touch, and it is the maintenance service we recommend every three to six months for uncoated vehicles.
